Access to the platform's services and resources is open to all academic and industrial research staff.
Before any training or service, each new user must contact the facility managers (preferably by email). A 'First Access Request Form' will be sent after the feasibility of the request is validated. This form is intended to confirm agreement with the proposed service and access conditions. The user's team leader must also validate this document, acknowledging that they have read and accepted the terms of use of the facility's resources.
By validating this document, the user AND their team leader commit to:
- - Comply with the facility's hygiene, safety, and operational rules.
- - Provide all necessary information about the samples used, particularly regarding potential risks to the handler and/or equipment.
- - Respect the reserved usage hours.
- - Accept the billing conditions for services performed on the facility.
- - Notify facility managers of any publication/presentation of data obtained from the facility.
- - Recognize the contribution of the facility engineers.
By signing this document, the facility commits to:
- - Advise and guide the user towards the most suitable systems for their needs.
- - Provide the user with well-maintained, inspected, and calibrated equipment.
- - Train users to help them achieve partial or full autonomy in the use of the desired equipment.
- - Provide technical and/or scientific support.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in restricted access to the facility's services.
Histology or image analysis services must undergo a feasibility study by the facility staff, with mutual agreement signed by both the facility and the user/requester and their supervisor. The necessary documents will be provided by the relevant service managers.
Access to equipment for autonomous use is managed via the Platform Manager booking site.
Only users who have been trained by facility staff can access the booking system. Occasional or regular support from a facility member is available for non-autonomous users.
